    Description

    Decorated standard or possibly tailor's scissors, made in USA with ruler marked blade to 3 inches.  Each side of the scissors has a different decorative pattern.
    The scissors measure 7 inches long.
    These scissors are in very nice condition with no rust and only minor paint scratches to the black handles as shown in photos.  The blades are sharp and function well however the screw hinged joint is loose.
